SecureOne was founded in October 2002 and is privately owned. Our corporate management staff has more than 250 years of combined experience with federal, state and private contracts. The team includes a retired National Security Director from a Fortune 50 company, a former Vice President of a national security provider, an Army National Guard Captain who led Military Police, and several former Area Managers from other security agencies.
In Ohio we work under License #20242100523629. For a Cleveland client, our experience means one point of contact who is available 24/7, steady communication and administrative support that keeps schedules and invoices accurate.
We are not the lowest-priced security provider in Ohio, and we do not try to be. Clients choose us for attention to detail, the technology behind our officers and the training those officers receive.
Training continues long after orientation. Our in-house Director of Training builds custom programs for each client’s industry or facility, and officers receive site-specific training before they are assigned.
GPS Insight tracks patrol vehicles in real time and records with in-car 360-degree cameras. WinTeam runs scheduling and billing. Vision Insights is where officers file reports, photos and patrol checks.
Every officer has prior military, law enforcement or security experience. Screening looks for sound judgment, emotional maturity, personal pride and a positive attitude.
